Returns & Exchanges

Need something returned or exchanged? No worries, Wild Rider is here to make sure you get exactly what you need ... or want.

Some things you can return, some you can't unfortunately. So here's a list of items you can't return or exchange. 

  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance items

(If any of the above items are considered faulty, we will happily swap the item for you)

A few simple rules:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of when you receive your order.
  • The item must also be unwashed, free from marks, scent/smell as well as unaltered in any way. 
  • The item/s must have all original tags attached, along with the original packing in good, original and resalable condition.
  • Items which are received back to us damaged from either you or the post service will not be accepted for exchange.

It is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping for returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is deemed faulty).

It is also recommended that when you return items, you use a trackable postal service just incase we do not receive the item.

 

 

Important things to know about returns & exchanges:

  • Returns Forms not filled out correctly will create a delay in processing.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange, returns or store credit.
  • Limited Edition items may not be available due to the limited stock of this range. A store credit or return can be offered. 
  • All goods will be inspected on return. We try hard to accept all returns, and returns to us don't need to be in the original packaging, but original tags must still be in place. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. We will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your return. 
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it's packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

 

Return and/or Exchange Time frame:

Once we receive your return into our warehouse, it usually takes up to 3-5 business days to process, once processed we then either ship out the exchange or process the refund or store credit (timeframe on shipping depends on your location). 

Please be advised that if we are processing your refund to your credit card this will take between 2 - 3 days to appear on your credit card statement.

   

 

FAULTY ITEMS

  • Items will be considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing defect.
  • Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered faulty.
  • Faulty items with be replaced or repaired or refunded depending on the fault.
  • Wild Rider will cover the cost of shipping fees for the returned item, if we consider the item to be faulty.
